Chris Between Rock and Hard Place

A nervous Chris Rock nervously walked into Federal court this morning, ready to nervously testify in the Anthony Pellicano wiretapping case. Did we mention he was nervous?

A freaked-out Rock took the stand for roughly 15 minutes to talk about a most uncomfortable subject -- DNA and baby mamas. As we already reported, Rock's attorney hired the P.I. to the stars to investigate Monica Zsibrita, who had claimed she and Rock had hooked up, and that he was the father of her child. DNA proved otherwise, so Zsibrita changed her tune, alleging Rock raped her. That's when a stressed-out Rock got on the horn with Pellicano, and it was all caught on tape.

On the stand today, Rock was asked what -- if anything -- he knew about Pellicano's tactics, to which he replied, he didn't know jack.

As for the rape allegations, Rock testified, "I'm here a free man, I didn't do anything wrong. You know I didn't do anything wrong!"

61. my my how we condemn people without having the slightest clue as to what really happened. why didn't this woman accuse him of rape before she requested a DNA test? does that seem the normal way to go about things?
she obviously is a gold digger. as for rock, i'm not one to assume that he cheated or is a womanizer. i don't know the facts.
i have seen his act and am familiar with his material and he does get into the race issue but so do many other comedians.
if there is anyone to worry about,it's Obama. who wants a man to be elected for President when the leader of his church has so obviously proven he despises white people?
Not to get off track but i have seen Obama at a ceremony with Hillary Clinton and he was the only one there who did not respectfully raise his hand to his heart when the Star Spangled Banner was played.
And we worry about celebrities?

62. Being nervous in court is normal.
Being in court and testifying is not easy regardless if you are a defendant, plaintiff or witness.

63. II THINK PEOPLE WHO SET OTHERS UP ON FALSE CHARGES ARE ATROCIOUS PEOPLE AND THEY THEMSELVES NEED TO SIT IN JAIL. I BELIEVE CHRIS WAS SET UP. I AM SURE CHRIS DOES SOME THINGS THAT IS NOT RIGHT BUT THIS CHARGE IS WAY TOO OBVIOUS FALSE.

66. Sure sounds like he didn't do it. The baby's his she claims then says he raped her when it turns out the baby isn't his. Sure sounds like she's trying to get a sizeable chunk of change out of Rock. Now the only question is, did they actually have sex? Maybe they did and it was her plan to get him in court all along.

72. 1st impressions: Really REALLY bad writing in this article.
2nd: People who post on this site are woefully uneducated about sexual assault. Please figure out exactly what it is and why it happens. I can't say, nor would I, whether that woman was raped or not. Not like it's completely impossible.
3rd: Chris Rock's racism has little to do with this...but he was pissed and confused when he found out his family was enslaved by Native Americans instead of white people. Hilarious. As a cracker, I am sick of being accused of slavery, especially when my family was also enslaved.
4th: That PI is the real criminal.

73. TMZ needs to send their writers back to school. "A 'nervous' Chris Rock 'nervously' walked...". What a joke. Obviously TMZ's writers and editors wanted to stress the fact that Rock was nervous and that he must of been hiding something because of his anxiety.

As for Zsibrita, it's obvious that she a gold digger. After a DNA test proved that Rock wasn't the father she changed her tune and claimed that she was raped. Why didn't she do so earlier? Why didn't she report it when the incident supposedly happened? Zsibrita is a disgrace to all women that have actually been raped.

The lawyer that brought up the unproven, unsubstantiated claims of Zsibrita is a sleaze.
