18. Peter Falk is the best! I love Columbo - I watch an episode every night. I eve named my dog after the Lieutenant. He's better dressed than half of Hollywood. TMZ just wishes he was flasing his private bits.

Now there's just one more thing I'd like to ask you about, it's just one of those things you see I can't sleep at night I go over things in my head... anyway, back when you were talking about your pink coffee shirt it occurred to me that I'd seen that shirt before down at pier 22. You know the place? There's a coffee shop there, a real nice one with a good, strong cup of - well, anyway the cashier there - a real nice girl, that cashier - anyway, she told me that these coffee shirts were something that her cousin had created exclusively for that shop. Isn't that strange? You see, you told detective smith that you'd never been down to this area, but here you've got a shirt that nobody could get unless they were right there. Look I'm sorry, I didn't mean to trouble you. I understand you're very upset, and I think I'd better go...


...oh, wait wait I'm sorry I don't mean to hold you up but there's just one thing that's been bugging me. The stain on those pants, you see. It didn't come from your beach house. It didn't even come from California. It came from the murder scene, where Mr. Evergreen was covering his turf with a special red clay he purchased two days after your beach house was closed for renovations. You were there, at the pier. The cashier girl saw you purchase the shirt. Security cameras show your pants at that time - they were CLEAN. There's no mistaking it, sir. I'm placing you under arrest for the murder of Lawrence Evergreen.

22. Hey cut him some slack he's 81. God only know what we'll all look like at that age (if a lot of us even make it that far). He's not showing up to an awards ceremony like this. He's just out doing his thing and guess what, by your 80s-YOU DON'T CARE ANYMORE!! Doesn't matter if you're an actor or an electrician. I have a hell of a lot more respect for this guy than MOST of the lamebrains that TMZ follows around.

23. Shame on you!! Peter Falk may be suffering from alzheimer's or some other memory loss type illness. Would you make fun of this if it were your parent or grandparent? We are talking about Peter Falk who is a well-respected actor and who has given us years of enjoyment. Now, he may be ill and you are making fun of him. The man is in his early 80's. Cut the crap and give him the respect he has earned and deserves.

24. For goodness' sake! Don't you TMZ folks have something better to do than to pay the shutter-bugs to harass our famous senior citizens? All I can say is that I am glad I am not famous and have to worry about this ever happening to me out in public. Please do us a favor and remove the photos of Peter Falk from the TMZ website and leave him and his family in peace.
