That is not to say that this guy's conduct is in in way excusable -- he certainly comes across as a spoiled twit -- but when cornered, prodded and provoked, how do you expect any of these people to respond?

TMZ and these other outfits earn their living making something of nothing -- Much of the modern media seems little more than 'Much Ado About Nothing.'

If BRANDON hadn't decided, one inebriated night, to make his own claim to fame by labeling Lindsay Lohan a firecrotch, as well as the other outrageous comments he has been known to make, the photogs wouldn't have been ASKING for comment. You can't make your "fame" by issuing statements to photogs, playing TO the photogs, and then just expect them to ignore you. That's not how the paps work, and Brandon well knows it.

55. Brandon Davis is a douchebag, we all see that. No matter how "provoked" he was, he doesn't need to throw racial slurs at anyone, even though TMZ is a rediculous gossip site. He'll get his.
