33. Keanu definitley has NOT had plastic surgery. He leads a quiet, and uncomplicated life and the years have clearly been good to him. I've ALWAYS had a major crush on Keanu and would love to meet him. When I look in his eyes, I can see someone who just wants real people in his life. Although fame has allowed him to have a more comfortable life, it seems to me that he has never been comfortable with all that comes with fame. I RESPECT him for not being seen at all of the "Hollywood Hotspots." He looks like the kind of guy who loves riding on his motorbike, having great conversation in a coffeehouse, followed by deep and meaningful sex (wink, wink, wink!). I agree with the person who said that Keanu should be People's Sexiest Man of the Year. He looks wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better than George Clooney (so overrated!), Brad Pitt (who has NEVER did it for me!) AND Matt Damon who teeth take up 90% of his face and is very short. Keanu Rocks!!!!

44. I completely agree with the many people that said he has gotten better with age.

I say it's genes. Men tend to fill out and look better as they age, while women's faces tend to thin out, which makes us look older. Put the 2 pictures side by side and there is no doubt it is Keanu...many of those have have succombed to frequent nip/tucks and botox are unrecognizable in 20 year old pictures.

His eyes look a little smaller, which is normal as we age. His eyebrows aren't halfway up his forehead and his jawline looks the same. I'd say genes. If it is surgery, the rest of Hollywood should take a page from his book: he looks older, but "fresh," not plastic.

45. In an interview a few years ago, he was asked about how he still looks so young. His reply was not stressing the little things, and only being around positive people. Looks like it works for him.
We all have to remember one thing about the stresses of life: "If it ain't your dog, don't try to walk it." In other words we should all leave each others business alone. The cards are gonna fall however anyway.
