47. I completely agree with the many people that said he has gotten better with age.

I say it's genes. Men tend to fill out and look better as they age, while women's faces tend to thin out, which makes us look older. Put the 2 pictures side by side and there is no doubt it is Keanu...many of those have have succombed to frequent nip/tucks and botox are unrecognizable in 20 year old pictures.

His eyes look a little smaller, which is normal as we age. His eyebrows aren't halfway up his forehead and his jawline looks the same. I'd say genes. If it is surgery, the rest of Hollywood should take a page from his book: he looks older, but "fresh," not plastic.

48. No work done here baby! Eyes, nose and mouth are the same. He looks good as always because he is part ASIAN (chinese heritage)! They tend to age slowly and better than white people. And Keanu always had flawless skin and hair. Still handsome as ever and forever. He rocks and his new movie will be a hit. LOVE HIM.

50. In an interview a few years ago, he was asked about how he still looks so young. His reply was not stressing the little things, and only being around positive people. Looks like it works for him.
We all have to remember one thing about the stresses of life: "If it ain't your dog, don't try to walk it." In other words we should all leave each others business alone. The cards are gonna fall however anyway.

51. He looks great and totally natural. The only thing is that in the picture on the right (the most recent one) looks like he is wearing make-up. He obviously hasn't gained much weight and probably doesn't drink too much, smoke too much or abuse drugs. Good living + great genes = double blessing!

52. mr. reeves is an outstanding actor. he has maintained his looks for quite a while. just look at the other actor who is 43yrs old. and he looks much older, due to drugs and booze.

57. Nah, Keanu would never get plastic surgery. He's just blessed with very, very good genes. He may not be the best actor in the world but he's hot as hell and no one can take that away from him.

59. He does look very good for his age. Would be interesting to find out what kind of life style he leads to get some insight. I don't think he exercises at all, may just eat healthy good food and not drink to much.
