After 14 years -- and multiple box office hits and flops -- the 29-year-old Keanu of yore (left) and the 43-year-old version (right) that turned up in L.A. on Thursday -- look virtually unchanged. That's what happens when you never use facial expressions.

46. He looks great and totally natural. The only thing is that in the picture on the right (the most recent one) looks like he is wearing make-up. He obviously hasn't gained much weight and probably doesn't drink too much, smoke too much or abuse drugs. Good living + great genes = double blessing!

47. No work done here baby! Eyes, nose and mouth are the same. He looks good as always because he is part ASIAN (chinese heritage)! They tend to age slowly and better than white people. And Keanu always had flawless skin and hair. Still handsome as ever and forever. He rocks and his new movie will be a hit. LOVE HIM.

50. mr. reeves is an outstanding actor. he has maintained his looks for quite a while. just look at the other actor who is 43yrs old. and he looks much older, due to drugs and booze.

55. Nah, Keanu would never get plastic surgery. He's just blessed with very, very good genes. He may not be the best actor in the world but he's hot as hell and no one can take that away from him.
