17. Anyone who is offended by this needs to really take a step back and think why are you offended?? Hello...black people call each other that as a term of endearment and all of a sudden when a white boy says it it's wrong? Wow. We live in such a contradictive society that we as a whole are no longer even close to anything resembling reality. So what if some rich kid no one made a comment that was caught on tape. Millions of people use that language on a daily basis and no one is chastised for it. But no one ever says anything when the black societies go on a rampage about the "white man" - we are all Americans. I don't know about you but I don't know a single black person from Africa. You have groups like the NAACP who feels like "white society" owes "black society" the world because their ancestors' ancestors were slaves two hundred years ago. Grow up and move on. Who cares.

20. As long as it is OK for blacks to say it ,it should be OK for whites to say it. I don't see TMZ or others coming down on rappers or homsexuals for saying these words , so quit acting like you are taking the high road in this. And I agree TMZ insults people all the time, so what makes them any different???? It is for now a Free country with Free speech, until Obama and other liberals control everything, then it will only be free to them to say and do what they want. I don't see TMZ coming down on the so called Rev Wright, Obama, or his wife for some of the racist comments they have made. We should all be front page comdeming them. Or how about when Hillary spoke black? Oh I forget liberals and democrat(one in the same), blacks and gays can't be racist.

21. Katy (#11), his brother's comments weren't incendiary and didn't strike me as being racist. Gummi was just rambling about equality and sounded mildly patronizing (probably due to too much alcohol and too little eloquence). But he never sounded intentionally insulting, and I don't think that it was his intention to do so.

22. What Branson said is insensitive and ignorant. I believe the fact that TMZ continues to display those word and use them on a continual basis is just as wrong. Orignally they showed his ignorance, not they are showing theirs. Two wrongs do not make a right and use of those words in any form can be offensive.

24. uhh . . . seems to me that TMZ is more despicable. The original video started with your photographers insulting "Greasy Bear's" mother, implying a sexual act. When Greasy gets upset and shouts out something equally offensive, he now becomes the "racist" bad guy?! I love TMZ and the "inside scoop" on Hollywood just as much as the next guy, but lately, the tactics being used by the paparazzi to create some news are crossing lots of ethical lines.

26. TMZ, for your little "poll" you forgot to add your own self as "most despicable." This newfound love of the "N" word that you love to put all over your site, no matter how disgusting and offensive it is. And the sick thing is that you do it under the guise of exposing or embarrassing a lowlife piece of rich-kid trash.

How is it that you are better than him? Are you better than him because you put the "N" word on your site for millions to see? That you place his uttering of the "N" word on tape and then make it available for viewing on your site by millions?

I'm trying to figure out how you think you are helping matters. And then I see that you will dedicate your trashy TV show to the "N" word next week. Boy that's great for viewership and society as a whole, huh?

27. OK, I don't know who wrote this article, but I hope it wasn't one of your Black writers. If so, they need to research who "Uncle Tom" really was. To the average person TMZ , you calling that guy an Uncle Tom is just as bad as calling him a "NIGGER!" Although the real Uncle Tom is NOT the suck up of a black man to white people as u apparently think he is. Do some research. I think we all know the black guy ( whose black man card has just been taken back) was paid. And as for Davis, well trash is trash no matter where it lives. The black guy also proves that Black Trash does exists. Damn shame on our race.

28. You know what's really sad? Dallas Austin would NEVER take that from anyone else, but seeing as he is just as much as a media whore as everyone else these days, he accepts it. If some random "EVERYDAY" dude said that to him??? Watch out! No..I'm not black, but a white girl who has met Brandon Davis and knows first hand of a total waste of space this douche is. I hope someone kicks his ass. If Brandon had never been a flaming idiot in the first place (with Paris, Lindsay, etc.) maybe the paps would have left him alone in the first place. 29. Brandon has has something to live up to all his life, being a Davis. There is pressure out there to be successful at an early age in that type of family. Unfortunately, now a days a lot of wealthy families use nannies to raise their kids. This leaves them with a need to find their confidence. (yes, I realize their are very wealthy families that pay attention to the kids. Trump and Ivanka were hands on and his kids turned out GREAT!)

Growing up overweight does not help Brandon either. Little children make fun of others when they need to feel better about themselves. Because he had no plans for the future, no girlfriends, and no real sense of self-worth as he became an adult, he stayed in his fat little insulting shell. Likely his gambling makes him feel like he "earned" something.

He has a woman now, and he is starting to look for work. He has lost all the weight and looks very good now! He is starting to grow up, finally. There is no excuse for the things he said, but you have to remember, a child will say the worst thing they can to make someone feel bad. His vocabulary obviously isn't what it should be with the good education he shouold have. I think he shouted the most hateful thing he could think of, old habits die hard.

I think he is a prejudiced person, prejudiced against anyone who isn't rich like him. This allows him to put himself above others. Real sad, because parents should give you the confidence you need and teach tolerance. People raised by prejudiced people come out prejudiced. (smart folks sometimes outgrow it!).

Basically, I think of him as a forgotten child that was ignored until finally his grown up antics got his parents to talk angry. I don't think he is vying for thier attention, he just doesn't know any better yet. He hopefully will learn soon.

Until then, he needs to learn to shut his mouth! I feel sorry for him, he doesn't even know what an ass he is!

BRANDON- Get a job and learn some manners. You have come a long way from the firecrotch era, when you were fat and greasy all the time. You look good, do more! Your young, you have connections, success awaits you, but only if you WORK for it!
