76. Oh, puleeze. TMZ doesn't let a day go by without posting outrageous examples of homophobia, sexism and ageism. If there is a way to discriminate based on appearance, TMZ is all over it. The slighest imperfection is ridiculed, including physical handicaps. I don't disagree that Brandon Davis is a sleazebag, but on his worst day he's not as prejudiced and damaging as TMZ.

77. Why is everyone so offended that brandon davis said the N word..So what!! He can say what ever the hell he wants, so can everyone else.

I personally wouldnt say the "N" word or any other derogatory words towards anyone, but people DO have the right to say anything they want.

Everyone wants to try and control how people act. All you clowns probably say messed up stuff in private all the time, and if you dont good for you, but you cant tell an adult what not to say because it hurts someones feelings.

79. i couldn't stand brandon or gummy bear to begin with. they are both just spoiled troublemakers who think they can do or say as they please and the world will just deal with it. it's annoying, they really need to be taught some lessons...maybe even a little bit of class if their family can find the time or ability to pass that kind of help along.

that being said, TMZ don't you think you could change the foul words in your articles about this to be censored? like n***** instead of the actual word. quoting him or not, it just seems rude to post the actual word. i'm sure we are all old enough and smart enough to figure it out...and if someone can't, then they should just crawl back into their oblivious little hole and not worry about it. change the words TMZ, come on. you are so upset about this guy saying them, but you posting them on the world wide web is just not cool either.

82. The staff at TMZ plays the usual liberal game, which is to say that certain forms of bigotry are okay. TMZ regularly engages in 'regional bigotry'. Southerners and/or country singers are almost always objects of derision. Poking 'fun' at someone because of their regional accent or heritage is akin to an old cartoon showing African Americans with big lips and slurred speech. By promoting one form of bigotry, TMZ subliminally promotes all forms.

85. Sure he shouldn't have said it - but so what?? How many people use that kind of language on a daily basis? It just doesn't get caught on camera/tape. Yes, it's the price they pay for being in the limelight - but at the same time give the guy a break. Why is it that he uses a work considered taboo by society but as a race - black people call each other that as a term of endearment so why is it wrong? It's a contradictive society so who cares what some rich kid says? Anyone who is offended by his statements need to look at themselves and wonder how many times they've done the same thing.

Hello...black people call each other that as a term of endearment and all of a sudden when a white boy says it it's wrong? Wow. We live in such a contradictive society that we as a whole are no longer even close to anything resembling reality. So what if some rich kid no one made a comment that was caught on tape. Millions of people use that language on a daily basis and no one is chastised for it. But no one ever says anything when the black societies go on a rampage about the "white man" - we are all Americans. I don't know about you but I don't know a single black person from Africa. You have groups like the NAACP who feels like "white society" owes "black society" the world because their ancestors' ancestors were slaves two hundred years ago. Grow up and move on. Who cares.

87. Shea; I am so sick of hearing white people complain because they can't say the N word. Why? I am white and never once have I wanted to call anyone that hateful word. My husband and I adopted 4 black children and everday at least once someone reminds them that they are black and somehow different or inferior. Racism is alive and flourishing!! My teenage son was told to lynch himself. He is a great kid, but he does'nt want to live. This is not about slavery, this about now! Words and actions like this scar the heart and soul of black children. This affects everything in their lives>

90. Saying the "n" word is bad, but so is throwing around insults like "greasy bear", "greasy crotch" etc. Greasy = dirty. He is not dirty, he doesn't look dirty at all, and it's not like he's poor or anything.

The black photographer hounding him and getting him riled up is just as much as fault as he is. I'm sick and tired of people going nuts over racism while they STILL use derogatory terms and act like complete a******* themselves.
