17. I don't believe this story. The NY Post is not a fan of George's. He's got top security people working for him who would handle this if there was a real threat. And no way would he talk about Sarah's history, (and let Sarah actually speak), to a reporter now, when these stories have been around since he first met her. Until I see it printed in the New Yorker, I say it's bull.

18. When cable news show host Bill O'Reilly got wind of Clooney's remarks this week, it re-ignited a war of words that began when O'Reilly criticized the actor for not following up on the distribution of monies from Sept. 11-related fundraisers.

"If this had been George Clooney's first mistake I'd just mock him and forget about it, but he's clearly out of control," "The O'Reilly Factor" host said Monday. "I believe most Americans will find these remarks mean-spirited."

In addition, O'Reilly sounded off about the press' apparent lack of reporting Clooney's comments.

"Just imagine if someone mocked Christopher Reeve's paralysis," O'Reilly added. "The Hollywood press and the elite media would go nuts, but very little has been said about Clooney's insensitivity."

TMZ at least permits these postings. Thanks!

Can someone stick up for doing the right thing without being called right wing?
5 Million Americans suffer with Alzheimer's and one out of every eight Americans will come down with some form of dementia with in the next ten years. So Georges Clooney's crass and cruel remarks hurt families who suffer with and at times greater than those that are ill. You need to know that caring for those with brain damage or dementia is extremely hard without the added burden of being made into jokes. Alzheimers is no joke and not fun and as of date no direct link of cause has been found. So any one can get it.
Just do not like those who mock those with handicapps and incurable diseases especially for political gain.
Not charming Not witty Just hurtful comments.
One does not have to like or agree with the handicapped person's politics or the ones with the incurable and debiltating disease causing dementia but to mock their medical defects just because thier politics differs to yours is ugly and cruel and most importantly not American.

30. Well, if it was a joke gone bad by one of George's inner circle of friends, I doubt if Brad was the culprit. I mean, c'mon. Brad's busy with a preggo Angie and all those damn kids, in addition to his movie and activist work. I'm afraid he doesn't have the time !! :-)
