17. I agree that Brandon's remarks are inexcusable. However, the important issue here isn't what he said, but rather, how the paparazzi behave.

Therefore, I have a modest proposal: let's start a Citizens' Anti-Pap Brigade.

Let's all of us who have cell phones with cameras and other hand-held recording devices agree to do the following: whenever we see paparazzi, crowd around them and shove the cameras in their faces and ask them personal questions like "Where did you steal that microphone?", "Who was the last under-age girl that you raped?", and similar queries. Also, we should make a point of getting between them and their targets, whenever possible.

We can create a web site where we can upload and collect these photos and videos, and where we can post whatever data we can find about all the individual paps. This way, we can recognize them and address them by name when we confront them in public.

Also, once we find out personal information about these people, we can stop by their homes or the places that they frequent whenever any of us happen to be in the neighborhood, and we can take pictures of them going about their private business, and then we can post these pics on our web site under headlines like, "EXCLUSIVE: [insert pap's name here] smells like a goat!" or "[name goes here] still trying to hide from the I.N.S."

We would be performing a great service for all mankind.

21. A few things I'd like to comment on:

1. I do believe that following stars around is harassment enough. A photographer doesnt need to open their mouth to snap candid moments. Following them around is already getting their attention. The photographers./paps comments were unnecessary and clearly meant to provoke. I wouldn't despise the paps half as much as I do if they would do their business in silence.

2. This kid doesnt get "it". Its called responsibility. You do something wrong, you own up to it. His racist commentary is much worse than that Hills Audrina girl standing naked in an orange cowboy hat trying to play it off as "artistic" but its on the same line. He overreacted, well at least hopefully. Hopefully those thoughts arent really what he believes, but he had diarrhea of the mouth and is now trying to pawn the responsibility for the words coming out of his mouth on everyone around him. Clearly his Mother didnt make him clean up his own messes as a child.

All he had to do was say I am appalled at my own lack of thought and I will make it a point to think before I speak. Our world today contains enough hatred without my comments, which were made hastily, without thought and have reminded me that I have much more room to grow. I hope that my lack of thought proves to be an example to people everywhere that words do carry weight and can inflict as much pain as any action.

22. mouse trap - you must be Brandon or the other bear, gummy.

Brandon is a worthless piece of crap who steals from his friends, lives off his parents, and criticizes other people for being poor. I think if you are bouncing checks and stealing, you are the one that is poor. What is his occupation? Unemployed loser?

You really have to ask why the paps make fun of him? He was on camera making fun of Lindsay Lohan. Did she do something to him? He stole a watch from that ugly Russian guy. Did he deserve that? The list goes on and on with stuff that this slimeball has done. He is a leech. He steals from his family and his friends.

It's not just TMZ that dislikes him..he is blacklisted from a lot of clubs and not wanted anywhere. If you really need to ask why he is so disliked you must be a pathetic loser just like him.

24. OK, so I think this guy is basically a douche bag as well...........
BUT~~~
Those guys were so asking for something, they were insulting his mother and him.
It is NOT ok what he said but seriously those guys deserve what is thrown at them!
He isnt someone famous, he doesnt act or honestly he doesnt need to impress anyone, he just speaks his mind- it may be wrong what he says most the time..

25. He really acts and sounds like a spoiled jerk. In my humble opinion, he is a lowlife. If it wasn't for the money his family has, he would be on working a "real" job. He is a nasty looking guy too. I bet he smells bad...all those stale cigarettes....whew!!

26. If he cares so much about his mother maybe he should start acting like it. He should try cleaning himself up and stop acting so horrible in public. The way a person acts is a direct reflection on their upbringing.

I was a fan of TMZ until you started sliding downhill with your hater mentality.Fine and good calling out FAKE celebrities like Paris Hilton but your paps are outright haters and very childish at that. If my employee had behaved so badly like your paps in an office setting he would have been fired immediately. He can call Brandon Davis what he wants but while on the clock it certainly makes TMZ look worse. I can say that, because I am a black male and it appears Brandon was personally attacking that paps who would have been called a lot more if I were the target of his rants.TMZ seems to actually like Brandon because you continue filming him don't you!
