Cash Pissed Over Pap Invasion

4/7/2008 1:20 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Mr. Jessica Alba was p.o.'d yesterday, striking out when photogs stormed their quiet neighborhood.

The paparazzi were waiting for the couple to leave for Jessica's baby shower, but Cash Warren was the one clearly ready to pop, snatching the keys from one photog's car and taking the cap off one of her tires. The pap called the cops, but Casheroo eventually put the stuff on the mailbox -- situation defused.

Funny moment -- the pap seems indignant that we're filming her calling the cops!

Freedom of the press, I agree, but at the same time, c'mon they are at their home, atleast they could have some privacy there.

You guys are exaggerating. This is too much. You guys clerly went into his house,, give them some privacy. This is riddiculous. Someone is bound to die or do something stupid vry soon. I can smell it coming. I can smell it, someone will snap soon.

Paps should be arrested for stalking.

Let's remember that TMZ is one of the companies paying the paps to stalk celebs.

Once a rethuglican , ALWAYS a rethuglican

If I went flying across the hood of a car to get shots of the celebs inside , I'd be thrown in jail is it these pap smears get away with the antics they pull ?
Celebrities know what comes with the territory , but these predatory photogs and the firms that pay them are so off the charts in their behavior .
It is amazing that one of them has yet to be shot dead by now ...
I wait for the day that laws will be instilled that these pap smears will have boundaries that they cannot get within five feet of any celeb and cannot get near the celeb's property including their cars.

Celebs just need to carry big cannisters of pepper spray and blast any pap that gets within 15 feet of them. Bunch of stalkers - what they are doing now is going to come back and bite their slimy asses very soon and no one will feel sorry for them.

i understand the need for privacy....she seems to enjoy being at every single event and photgraphed looking

She looks great

If celebs don't like the paps, they should get out of the business.

They know exactly what they're getting into, and court the attention when it's not there.

Most celebs have more than enough money to get into another business, or move out of L.A.

Meanwhile, they greedily take full advantage of the flip side of the same coin - all the freebies and VIP treatment thrown their way because of celeb status.

Hey Hypocrisy....Just because you happen to be a talented actor ( Jessica excluded ) Doesnt mean you've signed up to be stalked. In the last few year the Paps have gotten completely out of control. It's one thing to be photographed shopping...It's another to have people camped outside your house and going thru your garbage. Come on....Just because you act it gives someone the right to to take a telephoto lens and take pictures of you in your house? Give me a break!

To # 13 Whamo

Ditto that sentiment.

The paps have gotten out of control in the past few years. Yes, you could argue the driver was drunk...but it doesnt help to have these god damn paps bombarding cars, etc. for pictures.

Coroner jury: Diana unlawfully killed

By ROBERT BARR, Associated Press Writer 4 minutes ago

LONDON - A coroner's jury ruled Monday that Princess Diana and boyfriend Dodi Fayed were unlawfully killed through the reckless actions of their driver and the paparazzi in 1997.

The jury had been told that a verdict of unlawful killing would mean that they believed the reckless behavior of the driver and paparazzi amounted to manslaughter. It was the most serious verdict available to them.

New criminal charges were unlikely because the incident happened in France outside the British authorities' jurisdiction, a court spokesman said.

Nine photographers were charged with manslaughter in France, but the charges were thrown out in 2002. Three of the photographers were convicted of invasion of privacy in 2006 for taking pictures of the couple.

The couple and their driver died in Paris when their speeding car slammed into a concrete pillar while it was being chased by photographers in cars and on motorbikes. The jury added that the fact that Diana and Dodi were not wearing seat belts was a contributing factor.

The coroner, Lord Justice Scott Baker, had instructed the jury that there was no evidence to support claims by Fayed's father, Mohamed Al Fayed, that the couple were victims of a murder plot directed by Prince Philip and carried out by British secret agents. The jury was not at liberty to disagree.

The six women and five men on the jury began deliberating April 2 after hearing six months of testimony from more than 240 witnesses. They also went to Paris to see the scene of the Aug. 31, 1997 crash.

The cost of the inquest itself, including lawyers and staff assisting the coroner, has exceeded $6 million.

Baker had expressed hope that the inquest would lay to rest, once and for all, any false theories about the princess' death.

Dodi Fayed died instantly when the couple's Mercedes, moving in excess of 60 mph, slammed into a concrete pillar in the Alma underpass in Paris at 12:22 a.m. Medics initially thought Diana would survive her severe injuries, but she died at a hospital around 4 a.m.

The paparazzi who pursued the couple were vilified. As grieving Britons piled up flowers outside Diana's Kensington Palace home, some British newspapers declared they would never use another paparazzi shot — a vow that proved time-limited.

French police announced a day after the crash that tests on driver Henri Paul's blood showed he was three times over the national drunk-driving standard.

Someone really needs to tell that paparazzi girl not to show such stupidity in public.

Anyone with half a brain knows that you are not going to lose the air out of your tires just because the valve stem cover has been removed.
