When I was 17 on a dinner date, it was much different. Maybe the pregnancy has killed the spark for now.

19. I applaud her for taking full responsibility of her actions and making wiser choices (relatively speaking), like staying home in Louisiana, earning her GED, and maintaining a relationship (romantic or not) with her baby daddy. I sincerely wish them the best of luck.

20. Ok 15. What I didn't write was, it is sad to see them looking so bored at 17. I know when I was 17 it was very carefree and fun. Yes, they look like "an old married couple." Thats the stress and reality of teenage pregnancy and having to grow up so fast. Maybe other teens can take a lesson from them.

I agree it is nice not to see her out smoking and drinking. She should be out with the girls and going to high school parties. Her teen years are over in a few months. It's grow up time to quickly for this couple. They do have a tough road. The odds are not in their favor statistically. Geez, I wish everyone could read my mind sometimes! :p
