Take a look at B just this afternoon in NYC. If she's pregnant, then she must have just taken that EPT.

19. The point they're making is that she DOESN'T look pregnant. "She must have just taken that EPT" means that if she's pregnant, she just found out - she isn't showing at all. The rumors are just rumors - they're not starting anything.
