If there's one thing Simon Cowell likes more than anything it's a big, giant ... tongue?!

TMZ's camerawoman had Cowell second guessing commitment outside Larry King yesterday, thanks to her elongated oral bundle of skeletal muscles.

16. Do these paps actually work for TMZ?? They were horrible! Couldn't hold still, idiotic ramblings, taunting language, etc. I would think TMZ would be somewhat choosy about the photogs they hire!

Very cheap looking and sounding video! Those paps need to grow up a little and learn how to deal with people before they aspire to TMZ's trade..........of stalking.

Totally agree with other posts, the biggest problem isn't drugs in america, it's all the fat people who thinks there is notinhg wrong with them being 400 lbs and having to sit in reinforced chairs (A girl at my work weighs 500 and has to use a steel reinforced chair LMAO, it takes her like ten minutes just to walk ten feet.)

18. 12. you are an idiot---is a very apt name! The number 2. cause of death is cancer. ALL cancers, leukemia, pancreatic, prostate, colon, ovarian, etc. Many of which are not connected to smoking. the number one killer? Heart disease. Don't make statements that are clearly inaccurate. We all clearly have the internet and can check the facts.
