Celebrity Justice
Thomas Jane to Judge: Don't Punish Me!

Thomas Jane, the latest driving-challenged celeb to be hit with a DUI, has pleaded not guilty to all charges in a Kern County, Calif. courtroom.

"The Punisher" star's lawyer was in court today defending Jane against charges of DUI and driving with a suspended license.

The CHP pulled over Mr. Patricia Arquette, whose real name is Thomas Elliott, last month after they say he was hauling ass on the freeway in a late-model Maserati. Cops say he flunked several field sobriety tests.

His next court date is set for May 19th.

16. Yeah, you guys are right..... There's nothing worth reading lately so here you go... This is better than the crap that TMZ is posting....

True Story from Houston Medical Center

A man went to the hospital to have his wedding ring cut off from his hoohoo.

According to the Nurse attending, the patient's girlfriend found the ring in his pants pocket and she got so mad at him, she used petroleum jelly to slip the ring on his hoohoo while he was asleep.

I don't know what's worse:

1) Having your girl friend find out you're married.
2) Explaining to your wife how your wedding ring got on your hoohoo.
3) Or finding out your hoohoo fits through your wedding ring.

22. P.S. Who cares about this guy and Prince Von Get a Life?! Report on ANYTHING that matters!!!

23. AND even disgusting Perez Hilton has the story for Pete and Ashlee posted--TMZ, you're off my favorites list. Stick to wandering around podunk Kentwood, LA looking for non-newsworthy shots of Jamie Lynn. By the way, not sure that Kentwood, LA even HAS nicer restaurants than Ruby Tuesday...didya think of that?!

24. It's funny how Kern County has such a stigma about it, I wonder how some of you form your opinions? Maybe personal knowledge? Judgmental is a horrible stink... I feel sorry for you.

29. He was stopped 3 times for speeding along I5 that night and the first two officers didn't detect alcohol use. Who cares if he was a little tipsy if he was stopped 2x for driving over 100 MPH and didn't learn his lesson (Yep, according to our local paper he was stopped 3x for driving over 100MPH on that stretch of I5). The good news for him is he was actually in Shafter's court, so his expensive lawyers may actually get away with saying he wasn't actually DUI because the first two officers who stopped him didn't pop him for DUI.

Why isn't TMZ mentioning the two prior stops for speeding that night?
