43. I don't care if it is a male hitting a female OR a female hitting a male OR male against male, female against female. There is absolutely NO excuse for ANYONE to be hitting on someone unless it is in a rink boxing.
I am glad he is in Jail and will be there overnight. There are other ways to vent your anger than to hit someone. Go take a walk until you "cool off", go to a friends or relatives house for the night or lock yourself in another room until you can sit down and be civil to each other and talk things out.
I believe it takes two to tango, so I am NOT just bashing Robert VanWinkle. From my experience as a Nurse, usually the other party is running their mouth or screaming and yelling and I think the Judicial System should start making BOTH PARTIES go to ANGER MANAGEMENT and COUNSELING to learn the proper way to handle a disagreement before it escalates to physical abuse.
