61. If only he had "altered" the bass on "under
pressure" by Queen just a little more he would have enough
money buy the moon. Just remember "If you are going to
steal, do it honestly!"

62. He PUSHED her? Women are KILLED every day by men they have TOLD police have threatened their lives, have taken out orders of protection (USELESS) on (most DANGEROUS thing a woman can do, by the way...safer to walk down a back alley naked with a sign on your back saying STAB ME...cops IGNORE orders of protection, giving them a wink and nod IF THAT) and this guy (guilty by celebrity) gets held over night in jail for PUSHING someone who did God alone knows WHAT to him first??? Look at his face!!! Looks like SHE should be in jail! Where on EARTH is the common sense? What he's probably really in jail for is smarting off, and SHE is probably HOT and tore something strategically before the cops got there. The HOT women always get the sympathy and the medium to not so hot ones can rot as far as the cops are concerned...then it's just the good ol' boys network and back to the wink wink, nod nod, "she prolly asked for it good buddy." But what do I know. I'm just a RN, BSN who has worked with battered women... You can spot the fakes a mile away.

64. Man, woman or child, no one has the right to invade anyones personal space. No one has the right to hit, punch, push or touch in any way a being. You get arrested that's your problem and you deseve it. DO NOT TOUCH!!

65. It's no wonder with that temper of his. If you ever glanced at the VH1 special a year or so ago, he blows up like a child at little things and throws tantrums. He still has that "star" mentality where he can act anyway he wants and the rest of us just have to deal with it and come around to his way of thinking. I found him very immature and unlikeable. I wouldn't doubt it he did lose his cool and do something stupid. That's what hot heads do.

67. Debra, Sounds like you maybe you have some issues on touching? Get some real therapy and stay off TMZ.

68. He is so hot and I can most likely bet that she pushed him first, or hurt him in so way csuse if you look at the time table as to how long they have been married and this is the first offence and my money sits on the fact that she said or did something to him first.

72. NO WAY HE'S BEEN ARRESTED!?!?!

Holy crap, after so many years he'll finally get his "street credibility"! What if this situation would've come up 20 years ago, he would've still be known as "Vanilla Ice!" MOuahahaha!!

Pushing your woman around is plain wrong... Althought we don't have the full story, only a judge will be the one who'll decide what's wrong with this picture... So until then ...

73. I'll wait until the facts are in as well.
Unless he pushed into something or caused an injury how is it doemestic battery.
If a push is the criteria then how many wives would be on charges for pushes or slapping.
Did she push him first? slap him? We don't know everything and if a woman pushes or slaps or does worse to a man the man will still be the one charged for less or defending himself.

Seems like overkill and before anyone gets on my back for it read up actual cases of male domestic abuse (you don't have to look to hard is so common) and see what it takes for a woman to spend a night in a cell or to even get charged. Bit more than a just a push.

Of course if there was an injury then I have no problem with this.

74. I grew up listening to his music, what a shame his wife is doing this to him. I would never press charges against nsuch a nice man.
