21. That is a strap-like muscle called the sartoris which runs from the thigh to the knee, almost diagonally on top of the quadicep muscle. You use it when you flex your knee are or rotate your thighs to sit cross-legged in the way which was called "indian style" before that become un-PC. Hope that helps.

27. I don't know what that is. It is too small to a thigh bone, too large to be a vein, too distinct to be loose skin. What is it? With somebody with a medical background shed some light on this?
