Massage therapist- it's not the vastus intermedius though that would be the same location, the v.i. is too deep to the skin surface, it's the sartorius. the vastus intermedius is completely obscured by the rectus femoris and would not be visible no matter how thin the patient. The sartorius is the muscle most superficial to the skin, and would be flexed given the position of her weight bearing leg. You can see from the muscle tension in her rt foot that she is fully flexed. She is severely malnourished, little to no fat pad remaining on her thigh which is why the sartorius is so visible. We see this every day in the eating disorder center where I work....

48. She don't look so hot right now, but I still love my Amy. I hope to hell she snaps out of this mess she is in when her and Mark start working on that James Bond theme - hope she lasts long enough. She needs to snub that freak of a husband she married and move the hell on and Get OUT of the BLACK... She already is a legend whether you ppl care to believe that or not... she looked fatastic at one point, but she just got sucked into what MANY artists/musicians get sucked into... and when you are a bit imbalanced like her, it can be fatal... but it still don't take away from her TALENT... when she is off the dope and alcohol.

51. It's true. Amy looks fantastic when she's healthy. She has a beautiful face. But she's not supposed to be that skinny. She actually used to be quite voluptuous a couple years back.
