Lets Get This Party Started
Doogie to Brit -- You Stunt My Growth!

Britney Spears is popwrecka non grata on the CBS sitcom she just cameo'd on – at least according to one of its stars.

In exclusive interview with AP, Neil Patrick Harris says he doesn't want Spears back on "How I Met Your Mother" – nothing personal, he just doesn't think they need recovering celebuwackos on the show for cheap ratings' boosts. "I'm in the minority that our show does not need stunt casting in order to succeed," says Harris.

There were rumors that Spears might make another appearance on the show after her first one -- and producers have reportedly been receptive to the idea.

Rihanna: Cleverly Dumb

Inadvertently or not, like NYC mayor Mike Bloomberg, Rihanna also just confirmed the worst-kept secret in the celebuverse.

"I didn't know!" Rihanna told People at an event. "No one knew!" Knew what, exactly, Rihanna? Apparently she wasn't invited to the wedding or the party – maybe because it had been rumored that she and Jay had gotten together at one point, which both denied.

BeJay were in Houston last night – Beyonce's hometown – but no word yet if there was any confirmation of the nups.

Birkhead and Stern's Skirt-Chasing Thwarted

A tell-all book by Anna Nicole Smith's ex-dress designer has gotten the go-ahead for publishing after a judge ruled it's ok.

According to Gatecrasher, "Anna Nicole Smith –- Portrait of an Icon," written by Pol' Atteu and Patrik Simpson and published for a former H'wood madam, had been in the midst of a legal tussle after threats to sue over material in the book.

But a judge has given the book the green light, saying that Atteu has the right to publish.

47. Okay...look people. First i had no idea tmz was where britfans hangout. Second, i have a problem with the way brit acts because there a quite a few young girls out there that idolize her and i, personally, think her actions can have a very negative affect. Third i do agree the paps go overboard however that is the life celeb have chosen and they get paid dearly for it. Whether they have talent or not is not an issue. Fourth, absolutely anyone can be a celeb today. Talent also is not an issue and thats really sad. Fifth and last, coming down on me because my opinion is different from most of you is ridiculous. Someon said they hoped i never had children because i woud only teach them hatred. Well you need to take a good hard look at yourselves. It is your children that i am afraid for because you have made it obvious that if their opinion differs from yours you will condemn them. That is sad.

48. NUMBER 20:
Who the hell are you to belittle Bipolar Disorder? It IS an incredibly debilitating disease that affects A LOT of people, several that I know personally, so how dare you belittle that. YOu try living with that and see what it's like, you stupid bitch.

49. I agree with Neil Patrick Harris. Britney needs to focus on being a mother to her children and getting her life back in order. How I Met Your Mother is a great show and they don't need Britney to accomplish that. I don't feel sorry for Britney Spears. She has everything she needs to get better and does not take advantage of it. There are people out there that would love to have children and she does nothing to ensure that she can be in their life. Instead of feeling sorry for her I feel shame. There are no excuses to be made for a mother who doesn't put her children first. Neil Patrick Harris....you're a great actor and that's why I love the show.

50. Mary - you are beyond Pathetic and an attention seeker. My nephew was diagnosed as bi-polar and he committed suicide - while he was with me. He died in my arms. You have no idea what this horrible disorder does to people.

They have a name for people like you...ignorant and beyond stupid.

Bipolar disorder, also known as manic-depressive illness, is a brain disorder that causes unusual shifts in a person’s mood, energy, and ability to function. Different from the normal ups and downs that everyone goes through, the symptoms of bipolar disorder are severe. They can result in damaged relationships, poor job or school performance, and even suicide. But there is good news: bipolar disorder can be treated, and people with this illness can lead full and productive lives.

About 5.7 million American adults or about 2.6 percent of the population age 18 and older in any given year,1 have bipolar disorder. Bipolar disorder typically develops in late adolescence or early adulthood. However, some people have their first symptoms during childhood, and some develop them late in life. It is often not recognized as an illness, and people may suffer for years before it is properly diagnosed and treated. Like diabetes or heart disease, bipolar disorder is a long-term illness that must be carefully managed throughout a person’s life.

51. Well MARY, you're entitled to your own opinion.I happen to agree with a good portion of it. One of the things people do NOT like though is your ignorant view on Bipolar Disorder, aka Manic Depression. That is a serious mental illness, and for you to ignorantly discredit and downplay it is completely uncalled for. THAT is one of the reasons some people were "coming down on you."

52. Well said, "Pathetic." My daughter has been diagnosed with this, and it is an incredibly serious illness that people unfairly judge because of their ill-informed ignorance.

54. Sounds like Miss Neil Patrick Harris got his ego stepped on. "How I Met Your Mother" needs a ratings boost if the show is going to survive much longer and when cast members like this queer complains that an amateur who lacks training and experience in the acting arts can boost ratings it is all about ego, it is all about a regular cast member whose performance was upstaged by an amateur and whose ego has been bruised.

56. Isn't NPH supposed to be gay?

Posted at 9:15AM on Apr 14th 2008 by Ed Weirdness

57. ...and one more note - yes, Britney was diagnosed with the disrder. She has been diagnosed and is being treated for it -hence the many visits from the doctors and the medications that she is own.

The magazines can not come right out and say it because then they would have to admit that they paid people to break the HEPA law and reviewed and disclosed her medical history to the media.

Again, repeat, repeat - you stupid, ignorant, pathetic person.

58. sounds like Mary is bi-polar, she started with her bitter comment (jealousy), than she had her "LOL" episode and than went to being somewhat sorry for what she said, and has not been heard from since than.... hmm, I wonder if she went to see her psychiatrist!

Posted at 1:26PM on Apr 11th 2008 by hmm

59. Bruce, good luck to you and your daughter. You have a long rode, but there is hope. Unfortunately for my nephew they over-medicated him that produced the fatal outcome.

Britney was over-medicated and that is why I feel for her, as a person, not as a celebrity. Quite a few negative people were around her before her parents were able to legally go throught the appropriate process since she was an adult.
