"Project Runway" diva judge Nina Garcia has been given her walking papers from her post at Elle magazine. You are out!
Up until today, Nina had been the Fashion Director at the women's monthly. Sources tell TMZ the environment at the New York offices of Elle is currently "nuts."
TMZ contacted reps at Lifetime -- "Project Runway's" new home -- and The Weinstein Company to see if her new freelance status will affect her fate on the series, but have not heard back.

17. You know she was pregant, I'm not sure if she had her baby yet, but could it have been because she was pregant? In that case, she would have a good lawsuit. I saw nothing wrong with her on PR. I thought she always carried herself with class.

21. another thing about high fashion models.. why is it that antm bang on about high fashion when they known damn well that little suzy from the farm is never going to grace the pages of vogue.. look at the composition of the girls on the high fashion bibles THEY ARE ALL EUROPEAN!!. ITS A FACT.. the girls from eastern europe are more likely to make it than the down the way brooklyn babe or the chica from hood.!the most these girls can do is catalogue, presenting , or move onto other things and take the five minutes of fame with them to parlay it into someting else.. if they are smart.A few have done that but most just go back into the obscurity that they came from.. same goes for the designers on project runway..use it.or lose it.. fame is only to be tolerated for a purpose.

24. I LOVE Nina! She probably was so busy on Project Runway she didn't have time for Elle anymore and they let her go. I hope she stays on Project Runway forever! Someone needs to keep those designer's egos in check and she's just the gal to do it. And BTW Lauren Conrad? Are you for real? I know Nina can be harsh, but at least she qualified to make those comments....what does LC's opinion count for? ZIP!
