It is called Cosmelan. Its a peel. You can tell b/c the skin under is very red. Thats the stuff you have to put on to maintaini it.

WTF? The orange I'm a complete idiot look along with all the fake parts is the fad of the millenium , most
all the celebs and other people with absurd amounts of money, for whatever reason seem to be the who is who these days. What a joke or is it a crime that so much money is spent on the game of lets make oneself look as fake as possible, with the fake tan. fake hair, fake nails, fake noses, fake boobs, fake cheekbones, ect ect,
