33. Her father is obviously doing a poor job in allowing her to drive when she/he has the money to hire an expert sane driver. Why would he let her drive and kill herself and others? $$$
It's the cop's fault for postponing her driving hearing. This is insane, of all things not corrected, that Britney is still driving. Anyone that has to be hauled off in an ambulance all the time, shouldn't be driving.

34. pork chop honey bum..the fat has gone to your head, causing a fat stupid close minded brain..if there is one! an orthopedic doc cannot help to re-align a neck or spine. a chiropractor can. sure, some chiropractors have caused more damage than good, but how many orthopedic docs have screwed up back & neck surgery causing permanent damage..paralysis, etc.?

a chiroproctor can administer physical thearpy, accupuncture, & adjustments that only help. i am talking from not only my positive experience, where i had 2 serious accidents back to back & after seeing a ortho for quite some time without any positive results, i finally went to a chiropractor & after a serious of treatment i got better & better to where i was pain & discomfort free. this was also true for 99.9% of many people that i know who have turned to chiroproctors with only positive results.

you do not have to be an M.D. to know what you are doing. Chiropractors go to school for extensive training, they graduate,
& yes, are legally called Doctors.

so stuff you CHOPS with that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

36. The injured driver should sue her father for letting her drive. If she can drive, she shouldn't need a conserverhip. Either she's competent, or incompetent. Daddy, rent a race track or parking lot if you want your incompetent duaghter to drive.

"Maybe if the guy she hit would have been focused on the traffic ahead instead of being focused on his rear-view mirror and admiring the white Mercedes behind him and the woman driving it he would not have had to slam on the brakes and cause Britney to bump him."


NEWS FLASH!!!! BRITNEY IS STILL THE ONE LEGALLY AT FAULT! Read your driver's manual, people. Even if the guy in front of her slammed on his brakes, if he did not hit the car in front of him, then he had his vehicle under control. The "hitter" not the "hittee" is the one at fault, and while I feel for Britney, she is the one who caused the accident. She was supposed to maintain enough distance that she could bring her car to a sudden stop if the guy in front of her slammed on his brakes.

39. What makes me laugh is Britney has been doing very well in her life and the paps were going crazy dropping to their knees praying that Britney would make a mistake and that they would be there. Britney, they were never your friends, just a bunch of freaks acting like leeches waiting for blood or in your case opportunity for a money shot. Dad, take the keys and hire a driver.

45. babyluv, you must be a chiropractor or be married to one. You are so enamored of practitioners in this field. Chiropractors have caused permanent damage. Consider the following case reported in the Massachusetts Law Weekly:

"In June 1993, the plaintiff was in a minor motor-vehicle accident. Though she did not tell the defendant, the plaintiff's headaches had increased in severity from the date of the June 1993 accident until she next saw the defendant in August.

On Aug. 23, 1993, the defendant chiropractor examined the plaintiff and performed an adjustment on the plaintiff's neck without complication. The plaintiff returned for a repeat neck adjustment on Aug. 27, 1993. The plaintiff lay down on the examining table with the defendant at the plaintiff's head. He lifted the plaintiff's head forward and applied a thrust motion twisting the plaintiff's neck, an acceptable procedure in chiropractic medicine for treatment of headaches. The plaintiff became stuporous, vomited and quickly went unconscious. She sustained a stroke.

The plaintiff was rushed to the emergency room of Newton/ Wellesley Hospital where diagnostic films demonstrated that she had sustained a dissection in the intimal wall of the left vertebral artery just as it sharply turns at C-1. The dissection likely caused a clot to form at this juncture. Tails of the clot then likely broke off from the vertebral artery, traveled to the basilar artery and then bilaterally to numerous distant and narrower arterial branches. The clot fragments eventually became lodged in distal brain arteries causing decreasing blood flow and death to brain cells in diffuse brain areas including the thalamus and frontal lobes. The inevitable consequences were that the plaintiff sustained permanent damage in brain areas responsible for memory, cognition and emotions."

The case, needless to say, settled for several hundred thousand dollars.
