Holy media mouthpiece! A Florida teen who got her butt kicked on YouTube has tapped Gloria Allred to be her attorney.

Victoria Lindsay's dad tells Tampa Bay's 10 News that the fam will no longer be speaking to the media, because Gloria has told them all to zip it. Gloria telling someone to shut their mouths? Shocker.

The video shows Lindsay brutally beaten by several teen girls, while others allegedly stood outside the house as lookouts. As we reported earlier, the alleged ringleader, Mercades Nichols, was bailed out by the "Dr. Phil" Show.

Allred had no comment.

62. Tmz I enjoy reading all your articles even the mean ones but this is a new low. To say ''a girl who got her butt kicked'' the poor girl was knocked unconsious and maliciously beaten and attacked and you have the audacity to write that. She cpuldnt even defend herself how low are you to write that im shocked that girl is in the hospital and you make it seem as if it was light and easy. I think the words in your article should be changed to show at least a little sympathy.

64. What they did to this girl was horrible; they could have killed her from the beating... I heard on the news that she was unconscious for a few minutes and when she woke up they began beating her. They beat her for 30 min. They should all go to jail. These kids are old enough to know that brutally beating up someone is a crime.

65. Who cares as long as she gets good representation. My concern lies with the "children" that conspired to beat this young lady. Ya know what does that say about the parents of these "children" I believe they should be held equally as accountable as their satanistic spawn. Just my opinion though.

I saw on CNN last night that the Deputy in the town where this happened said that after these girls were all taken in and put in a holding cell, they were laughing and showing no remorse for what they did. There was one girl who asked if she would be out in time for cheerleading practice. Don't these girls realize that they could face serious jail time for assualt and kidnapping? Are our youth of today really this stupid?
