Holy media mouthpiece! A Florida teen who got her butt kicked on YouTube has tapped Gloria Allred to be her attorney.

Victoria Lindsay's dad tells Tampa Bay's 10 News that the fam will no longer be speaking to the media, because Gloria has told them all to zip it. Gloria telling someone to shut their mouths? Shocker.

The video shows Lindsay brutally beaten by several teen girls, while others allegedly stood outside the house as lookouts. As we reported earlier, the alleged ringleader, Mercades Nichols, was bailed out by the "Dr. Phil" Show.

Allred had no comment.

76. my heart goes out to this young lady and her family . The emotional torture this young lady faced at the hands of so called friends will endure long after the bruises go away . The constant replaying of this attack is in no way a help to this young woman or her family. Personally I've had my fill of *cough* dr. phil < my pockets> long ago, He is in my opinion a sellout to the medical proffession as a whole and if his face shows on my tv the channel gets changed he sickens me. I have seen none of the parents of the 'alleged" attackers apologize or claim responsibility for thier childrens actions as a parent also if they are foolish enough to video tape such a horrid act how can they be innocent? if a man see's wrong being done and knows its wrong yet does nothing about it he is as guilty as the wrongdoer i hope the good samaritan rule applys to the young men involved also ... geez im so angry about this whole thing on so many levels i hope the punishment fits the crime and i send my heartfilled empathy and compassion to the victim and her family
