23-year-old lip-synching queen Ashlee Simpson is carrying fiance Pete Wentz's baby, or so says Us. Does anyone practice safe sex anymore?!

Ashlee -- whose father is a former Baptist minister -- apparently didn't save herself for marriage like big sis Jessica... she gave it away for free!

Family values are alive and well in Tinseltown!

19. Well, I think we will be seeing an unwed mother trend on the rise in the real world after all these Hollywood girls getting knocked up before they are married.

I hope the welfare system gets ready for an influx. Get ready to pay more in taxes for other people's decisions to have kids without legal commitment.

21. Why does she have to be dumb to be pregnant? Ashlee is of legal age. She knows who the father is. This site which mocks the mentally ill, the dead and everything in between is hardly the bastion of morality. So STFU!

22. Well... she can't sing, she can't act, despite all the plastic surgery she's still homely, and she doesn't have the rack her sis does...she had to do SOMETHING to get daddy's attention! That whole clan is creepy, someday it'll come out that the family tree is a straight line.

23. #10, I couldn't agree more. TMZ should stop blaming women who are making positive, conscious choices in their lives. We don't hear about unwed fathers, do we? Marriage is just an external convention and says nothing about the quality of parenting or of family relationships. TMZ should get an education and stop being so offensively sexist.
