Dr. Phil's peeps who posted bail for the Florida girl charged in the videotaped beating were not hiding their affiliation with the show when they posted bail.

Our sources say the production assistant (Mikey) who flaunted his "exclusive" with Mercades Nichols outside court, along with a female producer, went to the bail bondsman and made it clear they were representing the show. They posted $3,300 bail -- 10% of the total amount.

The show claims the producers exceeded their authority. We're guessing Mikey -- who makes around $800 a week -- didn't personally pay that kind of jack.

We've also learned the show did not post collateral for the entire $33,000 -- someone not connected with the show did that.

31. Dr Phil has shown what a phony he truly is. Any thing for a buck regardless who he hurts . What a slap in th face of this young victim. I hope your Ratings fall and your show finally gets canceled.At least I can assure that that DR Phil will blocked from all TVs in my household. As I can not risk my children being influenced by this Phony JERK.....

33. If anyone thinks that Dr Phil is trying to Help anyone, You are delusional. Dr Phil is helping Dr Phil. Fill his wallet. What that man wont do for attention. I was hoping that his 15min of fame would have been long over but because the TV viewing public has a collective IQ of 80 he is still on the air.

34. Unless and until you all realize that THE DR PHIL FOUNDATION helps all children you should all keep your stupid uneducated opion/s to yourself. His show has helped millions and millions of people and the FEMALE MEDIA is awarding him with a GRACIE AWARD in MAY in NYC>

35. Oooooo.... Pepper Murray... then the FEMALE MEDIA just may be as dumb as you... why don’t you call the family of the poor girl that was attacked by these little freaking monsters. Tell them that their daughter who may lose all hearing in her left ear, and who has permanent damage to her right eye that Dr. Phil does sooooo much good for the children, and that we should be nicer!!! Dr. Fake asss “cares” about kids when it benefits him. Where the hell was all his care for the girl that got hurt? Dislike him dislike his show will be glad when he is cancelled!!!!

36. Phil McGraw's show should be cancelled as well as the Gracie Award he is scheduled to receive.

38. IT'S DESPICABLE THAT THE SHOW DID NOT CONSIDER THE FEELINGS OF THE VICTIM IN THIS CASE. IF DR. PHIL HAD A PENCHANT FOR HELPING ANYONE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HER. I HAVE NOT WATCHED THE SHOW SINCE HEARING OF THIS.
