Jeremy Piven at Taverna Tony in Malibu last night, drove off, but for some reason had a change of heart at a nearby gas station, left his car at the pump and hitched a ride with a random stranger.

Love all the people who knock TMZ for following celebs, yet here you are reading the site.
TMZ is doing its job, the celebs know what they're getting into, and must take the bad with the many goods of being celebs,
If they don't like it, it's easy to slip into obscurity and stop going to photog hot spots
I saw Jeremy yesterday afternoon as I walking along the beach in Malibu at what I could assume was his beach house. The houses down by where Suzanne Summers had that house that burnt down last year in the earlier fires. He was smoking a nasty cigar I could smell from over 100 yards. I was with a television actor (not super famous, sorry) friend of mine and we both recognized him right away but we didn't want to disturb his conversation with his friends who were with him.
If he was going back down to his house which is not that far away it was a good move that he ditched the car before heading down his street. It's a side street with a 25 mph speed limit and cops waiting to nap tourists and Calabasas teens joy riding to enjoy some latenight beach combing. I can respect him for that.
Has the Entertainment News Cycle really gotten down to following D-List actors as they wander out of nightclubs and waxing philosophically about what motivates them to do hum-drum things like deciding to get into a car with some people after a night of clubbing? Did anyone think that perhaps he knew the people in the other car? It's not like a D-Lister can't afford a cell phone. Obviously, a nice car is out of his reach, but a working cell phone is within his grasp.
#21....hmmmm. Food for thought. Taverina Tony's was probably pouring heavy yesterday since it was so hot and it was Jeremy Piven. I think he just decided it was cheaper / easier to get his jeep from the Shell station the next day instead of going thru the gauntlet and drawing attention to himself if he was drinking.
ROUGH DADDY ---
you're the A-HOLE and you obviously can't read, either. Check out #1, dumb ass.
