46. Well I think she looks much better and healthier then Katie Holmes. She looked like a house and just kept getting bigger! At least Nicole wont have to worry so much about diabetes during the pregnancy like most women who gain an obscene amount like that robot Katie. And it is also a fact that women don't look as pregnant with their first baby. I don't mind bashing the celebrity media whores or someone that has done something very wrong but come on what the hell did she do to all you bashers. All this must just come from pure jealousy of a fantastic looking pregnant woman. Don't get pissed at her cause she looks amazing! Thats your own fault for using pregnancy to get fat. Jeez a baby only weighs so much how much do Americans think they need to gain for a "normal" pregnancy?!? My sister is built just like her. She had the baby and a couple of days later you would have never have known, healthy baby too. I'm happy to see another mom out there that is not only concerned for her health but also for that of her child. And thank god this baby won't be anywhere near that freak Tom Cruises house!

47. I am sorry - there is no way this chick is pregnant - Do they really think they can 'fake it' for 9 months! I mean jeez - she looked bigger 2 months ago... maybe they lost a baby and are now buying one to debut at the 9 month mark?!
And excuse me.... why is she never ever with her children? Did she give custody to crazy Tom so she could go on her merry way like she never had a prior family?!

55. Pregnant women are beautiful. She definitely has a glow and I think she looks fabulous.

As long as she is healthy and her baby is healthy, what does it matter how much she is showing or how much weight she gains?

I'm sure her DOCTOR is taking good care of them both.
