Brit to Lutfi: Have a Bitchin' Summer, Dude

Sources say Britney's former BFF Sam Lutfi will not be waging war in court, because he's agreed to stay away from her thru July.

According to court sources, Brit's conservators and Lutfi have stipulated to extend the restraining order against him for another three months.

Why did Sammy boy fold rather than fight? We're thinking, cross-examination is a bitch. We're just sayin'.....

35. Brittany really seems to have straightened herself out and I for one am very proud of her. I really can't stand to see and read all the negative press that she receives. Unless people have walked a day in her shoes and know what's it's like to live such a public life then they should not criticize her. This is someone who has hit rock bottom and has apparently turned her life around and for that she deserves not just my utmost respect but everyone elses as well. This is someone that if ever given the chance I would be proud to call my friend. Now I only hope that she does not allow Sam back into her life. He did nothing but bring her down to her all time low. She has so much to offer and I hope she realizes that and doesn't allow this kind of person back into her life.
