Conservatorship wonder Britney Spears is not only working on her mental well-being -- she's getting into good physical shape too!

Brit -- with security, paps and mandatory iced coffee drink in tow -- paid a visit to a Culver City gym on Tuesday.

She's getting back down to her pre-gurney/losing her babies/rehab/head-shaving/K-Fed/Jason Alexander weight, y'all.
