Hmmm. This caveat is too late for the Lowe family, but maybe attractiveness should be a deterrent in the hiring of a nanny. It would be funny if part of the job requirement of being a nanny is that you are unattractive. Robin Williams left his wife for the nanny, and he married her. Now they are getting divorced after many years together.

Will there be "attractiveness" discrimination suits in the future? I don't believe Jessica Gibson because so many other people who know her, don't. The sad thing is that these kind of suits are usually settled out of court because it costs so much more to go to court. I just want to say something to Jessica.

Jessica, you may "win" some kind of settlement from the Lowe's, but it won't be that much after the lawyer fees. Sorry Dear, but since you filed this suit, no one else will risk hiring you as a nanny. Shortly, no one will even remember who you are. I don't know what your education level or job skills are, but I don't see a successful future for you. You'll try to latch on to some successful man, but there is nothing about you that he will want. Sooner than you think, you won't be even that attractive anymore. I'd guess that you will be working in some kind of discount store in the future.

36. I agree that there's something strange going on in the Lowe household. There would have to be, if the wife even agreed to hire this red-haired, green-eyed minx to be a nanny. You could even speculate that Rob's wife was hiring a piece of young tail for Rob, to keep him sweet -- because if she didn't, no doubt he'd leave her for a younger woman. There's no other explanation for hiring such a pretty girl of obviously low character.

So while I don't think he sexually harassed her, and that there was mutual flirtation or even a full affair with the consent of both parties -- I do think the lawsuit is karma coming back to bite him, for using people and throwing them away.

If you have a sweet daughter who may even have a crush on a star like Lowe is it still OK for him to grope her and stick his hands down her pants. 39. People are so Ignorant!! Mission accomplished Rob this is what you wanted right, everyone to believe you. ? Well I believe the nanny she looks like a good person and The Lowes would not have kept a "skanky money hungry party girl "around their boys for over 7 years!! Rob was scared this would come out so he went public first. ! This girl is the victim if we were in her shoes we would have kept our mouth shut too and for this very reason now she has no choice but to be in the public eye, the truth will come out in the end. If i'm not mistaken people didn't believe Mr. Lowe at first. He has a past lets not forget. This man once said in an interview that "he would only hire fat nannys since he doesnt trust himself!" WELL I CAN SEE WHY AND SHES DEFINITELY NOT FAT, A WHOLE LOT PRETTIER THEN MRS. PIGGY I MEAN MRS. LOWE!

41. I was a victim of false claims and it hurts, destroys lives and their is no defense for the victim, the men. Solution, these cases should all be criminal not civil. If a man harasses a woman he should go to jail. Only real women victims would then bring a case, with no monerary gain or reward. Real victims would want justice, liar wouldn't bother. Also the police, real professional investifgators should handle the cases not lawyers manipulating evidence, just in it for the money.

In my case, she said I molested her every day for a month, I should have gone to jail if that were true. In the end I lost my job and reputation and never did anything, why beieve me you ask? They settled for 20K. If her lies were true why settle, I used to work for a major corporation, she would have gotten millions if I did what she said! My old company just paid her off and got rid of me. The psycho and her attorneys just kept lowering their demands until it was cheaper to settle than got to trial. She and her attorney never intended to go to court, pure extortion.

In the Rob Lowe case, would we even be talking of this if it was a criminal matter, not civil!! Please let's all fight to change the laws, mens lives are being destroyed by women who are criminals.
