17. She's tied Elvis with 18 # 1 singles because unfortunately he passed away so young. It's truly by default & although I don't want to discredit her talent if Elvis had lived he probably would have had many more hits & same goes for The Beatles if they had remained together as a group & John Lennon didn't get killed they would have also had more than 20 # 1 songs.
