TMZ has obtained the 911 call made after Derek Hough injured himself on the set of "Dancing with the Stars."

In the tape, you can hear a production staffer get directions on what NOT to do to Derek while they're waiting for aid to arrive. Don't feed the dancer!

16. Not news. But running a photo of Derek smooching his DWTS partner, Shannon Elizabeth, would be news. Oh wait, I forgot. People.com ran that photo yesterday.

17. The guy on the phone calling 911 is Mark Ballas, TMZ... not production staffer. I met the guy, thats his voice.
