34. Well, it makes sense. I'm sure Kanye took care of his mother, and why should he have to pay an inheritance tax on money he ALREADY earned? Why should ANYONE? Thats double taxation. Good for him. If I could do it I would too. He probably put her house in his name, that'd be the smart thing to do. And he probably had a bank account in both their names, etc. I'm sure his mother didn't want for anything. I don't particularly care for the guy myself, but I've got to give him credit here.
So before anyone starts "dissin" the man, ask yourself, if you were in his position, what would YOU do? He's the sole beneficiary, so he must not have any siblings. He's just keeping what he earned, and I don't see anything wrong with that.

38. It is possible if her son bought her things such as the house and car they are either under his name or listed jointly. If she is the joint account holder and he is listed 1st it won't show on her assets. It is a shame she had to die so young
