CA needs to get their act together and modify Vehicle Code Section 5200 that requires a front license plate. This removal would save the state in manufacturing, shipping, storage, and disposal costs. Also, it would allow our police officers to spend their time on more serious traffic crimes such as drunk driving, speeding, and freeway shootings. 20 other states have already abolished this law and CA should follow suit. Motorcycles aren't required to display a front plate. Why should passenger vehicles?
