136. TMZ has turned out to be one of the most classless sites I have ever seen. First they try to play the race card. They ask a question that makes no sense at all. Was Foxy a victim of racism for having to spend so much time in prison. Well, if she committed the same crime as the other two, in the same state, then I would actually think about it. The fact that the crimes were so much different and hers involved assualt makes a huge difference. Get real TMZ, I hope stars start to stalk your employees and their children.
Other things that bother me are the "look at the rolls on this celebrity" or the times you say in your headline something like "(Stars name) is a crack head ......." then when you open the link it will say ... in their new movie.

She said she wasn't there when she was and she got locked away fora year....yeah it might be more about the STATE than the RACE, but TMZ knows if they make it a racial thing they'll get MORE COMMENTS which might make them MORE MONEY....

141. P.S. Foxy didn't shoot anyone, that was Remy Ma lol. I think she deserves to go to jail, but I also felt that LL, NR, and Paris deserved to serve at-least a month or two more. But I don't know if its more of the race than the money thing, the have more money than Foxy.....P.S. I think Brandy got off because she didn't actually cause the accident? These racist comments that say BLACKs SCREW THEMSELVES offend me, BUT I DO AGREE, as a people Black People need to be more careful of their actions because I have met white girls who told me this is what they initially thought about black people and they've applied it to me too even without even knowing me.

It hurts when you have a person look at you in disgust because they think you are uneducated and violent and when that doesnt fit your character at all it is a slap in the face. But I do agree EVERY race can do better. Because white people are just as violent. Those white girls who invited that one girl over to their house and beat her up and recorded it to put it on youtube, they are violent. What about the two white boys who kidnapped an older man (27 in comparison to their 17 years of age) and decapitated the man with a chainsaw....and that's not violent?

What about that ??!?! EVERY RACE HAS THEIR BAD SEEDS...NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE ARE VIOLENT lol, please don't pass that judgement down to your kids.....

142. Wow, I disappear for a few hours only to return and see my post must have hit a nerve with some folks. First, thanks icon for educating that elitist on the difference between ignorance and stupidity. I knew perfectly well what I was saying when I typed it and I'm glad someone was here to refute that baseless attack. However, I'm more concerned with "me"'s other comments. I never called anyone a "cracker" and I didn't generalize all whites, I specifically said "CERTAIN" because "CERTAIN" whites DO have a problem with blacks and DO attribute every black crime, every black poor role model, and everything said by a famous black person to all blacks. When a white person speaks out of line, THAT person is usually called a racist, not all white people. I live in a predominantly white neighborhood and most of my co-workers are white and we all get along just fine. However, I've also came across those CERTAIN whites that feel they are superior just because they're a little lighter. I'm not naive. I realize there is hatred within all races for opposite races. However, I chose to respond to those CERTAIN whites who are on here saying BLACKS are racist, BLACKS get off because of O.J., blah, blah, blah. That is stereotyping an entire race and it's still a problem with CERTAIN whites. When Jesse or Al say something controversial, it's automatically attributed to ALL blacks. The posters who probably felt a sense of victory attacking me did nothing more than prove my point. I went to the pain of stating CERTAIN and they responded "SEE, THIS IS HOW BLACKS THINK" If my post hit a nerve, it must be because it's true and you fit into that certain profile. Truth hurts real bad doesn't it? I really am LOL now, just like you claim to be, only my laughter is justified because the proof is in the posts. HOO-HAAAAA!!!!!

144. Why is everything being made into a BLACK and WHITE issue? This country is always going to have people that are narrow-minded in their way thinking and the beliefs that they have. I am open-minded enough to know that not ALL whites and/or blacks are prejudice or a racist. You can not judge one person solely on the actions of another. Foxxy Brown had numerous times to get her act together. This young lady has what many yearn for in this country....a little MONEY. But the reality is SHE assaulted someone and she had to pay the price. Maybe the actuality of serving time and being behind bars is a wakeup for her.....but time will tell.
Now about LL, NR, and PH......I do feel that these young ladies did get off a little easier than mainstream society would have.....but HELLO.................this has been going on in the US forever. And it falls more into the lines of HOW much money you have and your STATUS. If these ladies didn't have a dime and were little nobodies....they would have served time and nobody would have cared. So can we all just get along?

149. Black celebs don't get "screwed"...it needs to be rephrased - certain white celebs just dont get the punishment THEY deserve.

Do the crime, do the time.....it's just that Paris, Lohan, etc should have done more of it.

150. Let's see... Nicole Richie can drive in the opposite direction of traffic --high and with possession--and serve 82 minutes. Paris Hilton can DEFY the law on numerous occassions and serves 26 days. Roman Pollanski can rape a 13 year old girl and not be prosecuted. An L.A. police detective can LIE on the stand and not receive any jail time for perjury. Yup, Blacks still get screwed in this country and if anyone thinks that racism and prejudice is not an issue anymore in the U.S.-- you are either completely sheltered and naive or just plain ignorant.
