19. Nichole Ritchie drove the wrong way, Foxy committed assault and battery. Your question would only make sense if they got arrested for the same thing. Hell, Brandy killed a woman and no charges were filed but Paris Hilton went to jail for a DUI...why aren't you asking "Do White Celebs Get Screwed?"

Oh yeah, It's definitely because she's black that she spent 8 months in jail and not that she had an extensive criminal history of assaulting multiple people, violated her probation and disrespected the court multiple times by failing to appear in court, sticking her tongue out at a judge and assaulting and arguing with at least one court officer. The girl has major attitude problems and hopefully the 8 months were enough to kick her ass a little.

28. Excuse me, but I am pretty positive that Nicole Richie IS biracial, part black, as she is the product of one of the Commodores band members and a groupy - who was probably white, or so it seems. Besides that, Foxy is just classless thug. They need to put she and Naomi Campbell in the ring and let'm duke it out. Those two seem to be cut from the same cloth.
