Oh, please - enough of going back in time before Christ looking for a reason 'why' Foxy repeatedly broke the law. You forgot to throw in the kitchen sink, too. If Foxy hadn't committed the act, she wouldn't have been in the joint. She wasn't in there because she was 'hated.' People who keep their noses clean are fine. 95. The difference between DUI and assault is INTENT. You have someone driving home with a couple under their belt hoping to get from a to z, and thinking they are ok, but not out LOOKING to mow someone down. Then you have someone intentionally going up and assaulting another causing bodily harm. See the difference? The catastrophic results can be the same, and they DO throw the book at DUI's that hurt, maim or kill others regardless of intent, but those that are nabbed before anyone gets hurt are a tier or two down in seriousness in the eyes of the law, and are treated seriously, but accordingly.

97. I would be more willing to agree with The_Icon if he/she wasn't such a judgmental, narrow minded individual when it comes to us crackers. DUI is a very bad crime to commit and these celebrities should definitely spend more time in jail because of it, but assuming that every white person who lashes out at a black person is a racist only personifies your own ignorance.

103. i agree with that "me" person. Black people do play a big role in keeping racism alive. Black people always use and abuse the race card, I think its disgusting.

OF COURSE we know it exists, we just don't walk around dwelling on that fact all day.

I've actually experienced racism before, at an event where it was mostly black folks attending.. it isnt just white people who discriminate and stereotype, black folks do it too.. maybe even more, because they automatically think that because we are white we're racist.
