3. TMZ, if you're going to try and be cute........look up the words before you use them. It would be "2 ought 3," not "aught" as you have erroneously posted.

6. Whatever Carmen! You were Simon's golden girl until he finally realized you couldn't sing. She was supposed to be the original Carrie Underwood (a country Idol). She has been trying to put out CD's since her season ended and has had no success. Let me guess the record label won't give you a voice coach either. As for Clay, his voice was flawless from the first audition. He didn't need a voice coach, what he needed was a stylist.

8. Ha Ha that is to dang funny. Who is Carmen Rasmusen? I know very little about season 2 of American Idol but I do know who Clay Aiken is. So I guess all that coaching worked he won the show and we still see him every 5 minutes well it is getting more like 10 minutes now. I wish he would have a good song not a fan of Invisible. But his voice is really great I would like to hear more of him for sure.

10. Actually, if you read the small print on the screen it says that they don't have to choose the person with the most votes as the next American Idol. I know of more than one person that has been on the show, and I know how the show works. I can tell you without doubt that it is rigged to a certain extent. Jordin Sparks was picked as the winner long before the final votes were even cast last season. Also, to the person that mentioned that Clay doesn't need vocal coaching...Your vocal chords are muscles and if you don't exercise them with the proper maintenance, even the best singers can lose it. So, you're wrong, every singer should have a coach regardless of how good they are!
