76. The Democrat Party is the party of the stupid. These are your choices for President. O'Bama and Clinton. They both want change. Get rid of Capitalism and open the door for socialism. If that ever happens, every one can say goodbye to ever having the chance to make any money in this country. Socialism redistributes money to the poor and lazy through taxation. No one ever got rich through socialism. Capitalism has worked for over 230 years to make this the wealthiest country on earth and the democrats insist they have a better idea. Yeah right, like their ideas over the last 50 years has made social security a program that our country can depend on. Vote for change and vote for personal poverty. It surely is the party of the stupid.

77. Good lord......what is this world coming to? We've got an inexperienced AfrAm running for President, and his babies' momma is bumping her gums about how she hasn't been proud to be an American all her life?

I can't imagine what it must be like to be either one of these idiots. Elitist, arrogant, and inexperienced -- what a horrible combination for a political candidate.

Obama is not the answer, unless the question is "Which political candidate would make a lousy president?"

78. Obama has made so many condescending comments to voters, I'm amazed anyone would still vote for him! When asked a simple question, instea dof answering his tactic is to dismiss the questiion, claiming ti is so old political ploy. No Obama! We REALLY just want to know the truth of your connections to there crazy people! also, why do you think Oprah is backing him? Because she need to control more people! Oprah's true self has come out recently with her insulting comments to women and whites! Did you know she wishes her grandmother could see her now because she has "whites working for HER!" What an ignormat comment to make about your own staff! If she was white and said that reversed, you know the NAACP would be all over her? She sets a horrible example of a woman who made it big and now is throwing her $ in others faces. She needs a reality check and fast!
Vote for Hillary! Go to her website and listen to the people backing her. They are normal people who relaize how bad the country is. She knows how to fix it!! Obama doens't have what it takes for the job! He's a wannabe president. hillary has the experience and know how to get the job done! For anyone who has family/friends in the military, just know 30 + retired admirals and the like have backed Hillary saying the trust her to get us out of Iraq!

In an interview with Nicholas Kristof, published in The New York Times, Obama recited the Muslim call to prayer, the Adhan, "with a first-class [Arabic] accent."
The opening lines of the Adhan (Azaan) is the Shahada:

"Allah is Supreme! Allah is Supreme!

I witness that there is no god but Allah
I witness that there is no god but Allah
I witness that Muhammad is his prophet? "

According to Islamic scholars, reciting the Shahada, the Muslim declaration of faith, makes one a Muslim. This simple yet profound statement expresses a Muslim's complete acceptance of, and total commitment to, the message of Islam. Obama chanted it with pride and finesse.

Obama describes his new found "Christian" faith as: (1) Suspicious of dogma (2) Without any monopoly on the truth (3) Nontransferable to others (4) Infused with a big healthy dose of doubt, and (5) Indulgent of and compatible with all other religions.

84. Ok. let's just say Obama is not a racist for conversation sake. He's still not presidential material, nor is Hillary. The same crimes the clintons have committed, Obama will eventually have to answer to also. Best bet, vote Republican, and keep our country safe. I'm from Michigan, and I'm gonna assume that most are familiar with Kilpatrick, what an embassassment he is, not because he's black, but because he has no care to be the Mayor Detroit, it's all about the money and his friends and family, not the people of Detroit, shame on him........ My god, people...
What does brushing oneself off have to do with Jay Z??? I don't listen to Jay Z (rarely listen to the radio at all these days), I do however know what Obama was doing.

Have y'all (TMZ staff and those jumping on the bandwagon along with them) seriously never heard the phrase "pick yourself up and brush yourself off"? or "Dust yourself off and try again"???

The phrases as well as the visual (which is also associated with the phrase/concept of letting "it roll off your shoulders") have been a part of the American lexicon (as well as others) for quite while, so even saying that he was just using a current popular phrase/action isn't accurate.

And why have all those who have jumped to the "he's referencing Jay Z" conclusion done so...? I can only assume it's because Obama is young and black. I don't *want* to, but I'm left with little (if any) choice. Would the same leap have been made if it was Hillary who brushed her shoulders symbolically (you know, instead of crying when she explained why she wanted to be president or whining that debate moderators were ganging up on her)? I highly doubt it, in fact, if it was questioned at all, I'm sure that bloggers everywhere would be giving etymology and semantics (which are important if for nothing else than to -literally- know what you're talking about) lessons on the history of the phrase and active symbol.

Some of the conclusions and accusations here lately are just utterly ridiculous, misleading, and poorly thought out.

88. The only Senator that ever listens and actually tries to DO SOMETHING, when we write to him is Carl Levin. Also, the members of Congress that voted for some health and death bennies for the WW II Merchant Mariners, who really had none. Now, they can go to the Vet's Hospitals, and get free prescriptions, and many other health benefits. They were torpedoed, they were sunk, they died, while risking their lives for all of us, as they brought supplies by ship to all points. Army, Navy, Marines and Merchant Mariners all died in the war. Also, other Merchant Mariners from other wars are now covered.

89. okay, I dont like obama (THE RACIST) but i dont have to leave my country, if he by a miracle gets into office, Bush haters didn't leave. As for calling him RACIST, have you googled his church that he is affiliated with?? RACIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He may be half white, but he listens to the the half black side.
