Duane has 3 DUIs. Real class act.

24. ..WOW...he was CONVICTED??...and Texas let him off with a plea? scary...actually that is DISGUSTING!!...what the heck is wrong with these plea deals anyways with murderers??...Canada has a infamous case with Karla Holmolka and Paul Bernaldo...she is running around Montreal now after leaving prison for a little stint and has given birth.....hr and her husband...kidnapped, tortured, raped and murdered two young teens and all in their home...he won't see the day of light...but she does!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...ok...sorry for the novel...Chapman ...even if he copped a plea deal ...shouldn't have the deals he gets now in life...that is soooooooo wrong! UGH!!

And yes he was convicted of 1st degree murder of Jeremy Oliver, you never see him with a weapon because he is a convicted felon. He carrys around pepper spray in a holster.
