The marriage log book at Scarsdale Town Hall confirms -- right there with their Jay-Hancocks and everything -- that J-Hova and Beyonce got hitched on April 4. 'Memba that day?

According to the Town Clerk, the license arrived in the mail, and was fully executed and solemnized on April 4. The person that actually performed the ceremony sent in the license, not BeJay.

Because it was received later than five days after the wedding, the officiant could be charged with a misdemeanor. The clerk says the person will probably skate.

16. My hats off to these two young kids. They kept their exchange of promises for life private. I think marriages, births and deaths should be private unless the actor/actress/singers etc. want it to be public knowledge. Some want to make a splash, Eva L and her basketball guy, Madonna & guy, and many more want all the world to see and know they got married and how much money they spent. But, if like these two, they want to keep it private without hearing yells from pops and things flying above them as they say their vows well Good for you. May you have many years of happiness.

17. What kind of sketchy marriage log is this....this is simply a piece of notebook paper with various miscellaneous names on it all written in the same handwriting. Maybe next time TMZ can get their hands on the actual marriage license or better yet the marriage certificate....this is public infomation correct..!!??....

24. Hats off to them for actually getting married and the paps and the crazies not at their door. Someone said they are boring-no they just wanted to keep the journalist out of their private life- I hope they make it. They are two extremely talented people. And people keep knocking Jayz. About how ugly he is. As long as Miss B loves him, who the hell cares how ugly you think he is.

The paparazzi should get a clue and perhaps be a little smarter, by ignoring the AZZ-holes like Chris Brown and Jay-Z for awhile …I would be willing to bet that the Azz wipes would appreciate having their pictures taken and being asked a few simple questions…..If any of you shudder bugs read this, just try ignoring the jerks for awhile and see what happens!!!
