77. I tried to resist but, I have to comment. I was once certified by Billy to instruct Tae bo classes. I chose to become certified because Tae Bo changed my life. It made me a stronger person inside and out and I loved how Billy helped me see that it wasn't just about changing physically but also mentally. At the time however, I had no idea that Billy would never truly want to help anyone who wasn't one of his religious fanatical groupies. He dosen't know how to have a professional relationship. There was no "win, win" situation. He won financially and that seemed to be all he cared about. I soon discovered these sad truths. As an instructor outside of the state of Cal. I never received any kind of support from the training center. I would email with questions and get very curt, rude answers. I know now that he never did want me to succeed...only to take my hard earned money every year at boot camps and go over the same old routines each year. There was never any new info offered each new year at camp. He just took our money and tried to give us "Kool aid". Then I was asked to participate in some of the videos. At the time I was thrilled but, as I took part I could see a weird "cultish" thing going on. If you were not part of Billy's religious beliefs then you were kept on the outside. I know people who would spend weeks away from family at what I am sure was a huge expense just to have the "priviledge" of spending time at the center and listening to Billy's "prophetic" bull. People, wake up and step away from the Kool Aid!

I always knew there was something not right about Billy and the environment at the training center but, I didn't want to acknowledge it. The year I participated in the videos was the year I woke up, left and never went back. Now I am even more happy and relieved that I came to accept the truth of what Billy is about and got out. These events prove that my intuitions were dead on. He was never inappropriate with me but, he has a strong narcisistic personality disorder for which he should seek out professional help!!

I truly think that Billy is losing his mind and I think it is so sad. The man that I used to think so much of, who gave me the only work out to ever work for me and the work out that I still LOVE, is a fraud! It is sad. I can't stand to even use the videos at home now because he makes me sick! You can't live a charade forever.

He won't care what any of us have to say because he is so convinced that he is next to deity (or maybe he really believes that he is deity) but, we know the truth Billy and the truth shall set you free!

Oh....and to beeontheotherside...Thank you for your comments to Rg. I have been dying to tell him or her what an idiot he or she sounds like! Oh and Rg... Why are you not signing your name on your posts? Too ashamed of what an illiterate suck-up you are?

78. #77, you said it. Billy won't care what any of us has to say. This man has serious issues. I woke up a loooooooong time ago. Billy as a friend, Billy and his family, Billy and the gym, Billy and women, Billy as an employer, Billy and videos, Billy in his trips...I was involved in all situations. My story would be too long. Very painful but today I am relieved. So are many people. Life goes on.

79. I don't know Billy Blanks personally. I only work out to his Tae Bo tapes. Which I love! A lot of people have said some negative things about Billy. A lot of people have admitted to knowing that Billy cheated on his wife. Okay the question is. Why were you okay with him committing adultery on his wife? You knew about it and never said antyhing, but now you want to come on here and say things about Billy. As for his family being treated badly. They didn't have to stay and continue to be treated badly. They knew how to leave. Talk is very cheap.

81. beenontheotherside, are you a family member of his? If so, what did he promise you? If Billy was that much of a horrible person, then why stay in his company? Another thing beeontheotherside, if you did tell his wife about him cheating and she stayed with him, she did so for her own reason. What that reason is, only she knows. I could be wrong, but all of you that are coming on here and putting Billy down, wasn't his true friend. A true friend wouldn't walk on your back when you are going through and they surely wouldn't be trashing your name. A person can buy enemies, they can never buy friends.

83. Rg, Arch and others sound so ridiculous. Billy B is so full of S...!!! When I hear him speaking, he sounds pathetic to me now. But don't give me wrong, I was of those groupies or fans years ago. A true friend to Billy??? Billy a true friend??? This is hilarious... Don't even go there, or welcome to the club! LOL Billy told me years ago he was a Friend, that he was an exception to all those corrupted men...until he showed his perverse side... But here again he had an explanation: The only person I am faithful to is Jesus Christ he said. Sick. This man is full of S... But trust me, let him know and he won't approach you anymore, he will shut up front of you if he knows you know. And it's pretty funny to watch him, doing the same thing, saying the same thing... same scenario over and over. WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! Or yes, just enjoy Tae Bo, have a great workout and that's all. Billy as a man... Don't even go there.

84. Don't you think that Billy and Shellie (his adoptive daughter) have wierd relationship??? Shellie said that if Billy wasn't her dad,she would date him!! Yikes. What kind of relationship they have?? I always heard she was very protectivei n an excessive way...I loved taking Tae Bo classes but I never could talk to Billy without Shellie in the mixt!!! I am a married woman with kids, I just was very dedicated to my workout.

85. I don't worship Billy Blanks. I only work out to his tapes or dvds. I don't worship any man. I thought that Shellie was Billy's wife's daughter prior to their marriage. Does she knows that Billy cheated on her mother? People don't need to be putting the man down, especially if they once called themselves his friend. Adultery is not good period! They both need help and the only person that can heal a broken heart is God.

86. Yes Shellie is gayle's daughter...not Billy's daughter. Sure Shellie knows, the whole family knows and Gayle first. For sure not everything. Billy had an affair with a woman for more than 20 years ( many at the gym know who she is right? we won't name her...) We are not putting Billy down. His private life is not our business. Cheating or not, who cares right? It's life, it's the Blanks Life and we have ours. If many of us react to it it's because Billy pretended to be who he is not. He claimed to be this man, so religious and pure, lying about many things. We are not calling ourself his friend, HE said he was our friend, basically using good words to take advantage of people. I am one of them. I realized that. So I was very desappointed and many people don't realize it until they get very hurt. many people trust him. Billy put himself in such position...That's it. I always thought Billy needs help... I am still praying for him and his family, but today I have NO desire to go and take his class,or see all of them in Westlake... I know and I saw too much. It's not an healthy environment for me and my family. Billy is not credible anymore.

87. Since i am not a Billy groupie anymore and I have always been a BIG fan of Irene and Michael Blanks'....does anyone know where they are teaching now? I don't live in California but, I would be so happy to come back to Cali. and attend some of their classes. I need a new addiction since the Billy addiction makes me sick to my stomach!
