52. Cass was a heavy smoker, and she had done a grueling concert tour while pregnant with complications. She had used drugs and alcohol before she had her daughter. She was also under the stress (good stress) of her own show. This all took its toll on her body. We do her memory no favors when we bring up her obesity, not to mention the ham-sandwich routine which wore out its welcome 25 years ago. Cass was a brilliant, talented, funny, loving woman and ought to be remembered that way.

55. Alright, so you post the disclaimer that you already know she did not die from the ham sandwich, fine. So why make fun of her death. This is in very poor taste and I am shocked and ashamed for you. Making fun of someones death is not cool, it is not funny, and it DEFINITELY is not entertainment.
