Jason Castro: All But a "Memory"?

"American Idol" message boards are buzzing that tonight's "Idol" castoff will be Jason Castro -- and it's allegedly Ryan Seacrest who leaked it!

An email exchange posted on an "Idol" fan site points the finger at Ryan -- saying he blabbed that it's Castro that's getting the boot.

Only problem ... Ryan doesn't even know yet himself!

While Ryan has said in the past that he finds out who gets sent packing the morning of the show, we're told the only two people who know the big name at this point in the day are the two executive producers -- Nigel Lythgoe and Cecile Frot-Coutaz.

In fact, Nigel told us exclusively who will go home tonight -- the person with the least number of votes.

17. Ummmm...they don't GIVE them any songs...AI picks a theme for the evening and they choose. Problem is...he is as dumb as a box of rocks...in fact...I think they found him under one. He is just a nice voice...he has nothing else to offer.

22. Jason made a bad choice of songs last nite, he ruined a beautiful song and had never heard of it before nor Andrew Lloyd Webber, he can only sing if its a slow boring song, he can't sing high notes send him home hair and all.

26. Jason is beautiful, and has a wonderful voice. He doesn't deserve to go, he is so unique and his vocal expressions
are heartfelt. Brooke will go tonight...David A needs to go too. His songs are so blah, always the same,he always
has that stupid Howdy Doody expression on his face.
Jason is the rookie, yes, but he is loved by many.

27. I am a Jason fan, he did not have the best night last night but he has been consistently entertaining all season. He is different and will have his own "niche". I hope he stays. I also hope Syesha stays.. they have not given her the "props" all season and she has been consistent. I always enjoy the show. No matter how many seasons it goes.

29. I'm a huge fan of his and I hope the rumors are FALSE. Brooke should leave. I'm with the one poster who said that Syesha should be safe as well. For me, she had the best performance of the night and she didn't get praise enough. TPTB sooooo want her gone, it's so obvious though. They made her go first so she'd be forgettable. I bet they didn't think that their precious little Brooke was going to crack under pressure and stink.
