Jason Castro: All But a "Memory"?

Jason Castro"American Idol" message boards are buzzing that tonight's "Idol" castoff will be Jason Castro -- and it's allegedly Ryan Seacrest who leaked it!

An email exchange posted on an "Idol" fan site points the finger at Ryan -- saying he blabbed that it's Castro that's getting the boot.

Only problem ... Ryan doesn't even know yet himself!

While Ryan has said in the past that he finds out who gets sent packing the morning of the show, we're told the only two people who know the big name at this point in the day are the two executive producers -- Nigel Lythgoe and Cecile Frot-Coutaz.

In fact, Nigel told us exclusively who will go home tonight -- the person with the least number of votes.

47. Don't think its rigged. So many people have been wrong when predicting. Have to remember that it is not only about singing, but it is also about personality and charisma. Madonna not the best singer, britney not the best singer, justin not the best singer, but there is something unique that connects with people. Syesha and Carly don't really connect with people. My opinion.

50. Simon got one thing right, he found that girl who sang tonight. She is better than Miriah Carey by far, without the Diva attitude ! But, AI should have sent Jason home long ago. They've lost me as a viewer for sure this year .

55. It's absolutely outrageous that Jason and Brooke were spared and Caryl was given the boot. Jason and Brooke weren't even in the bottom 2!!! Brooke even forgot the lyrics and Jason sounded horrendus! American Idol is a popularity contest that is very flawed in allowing these damned kids to vote multiple times for the same contestants. It totally compromises the integrity of the voting. It has been a joke and people will start tuning out because of its flawed voting system.

58. I LOVE JASON CASTRO! He is a hot and a fine and beautiful man to look at. He makes my dreams even better at night!

While I feel sorry that Carly left, I think it should have been Brooke. Nevertheless, I am just happy that I get to see more of Jason.

He does not have the best voice but not every recording artist does. An artist also has to connect with the audience and Jason has the ability to do this. So, we keep voting for him! Jason has made AI so much more worthwhile!
