Jason Castro: All But a "Memory"?

Jason Castro"American Idol" message boards are buzzing that tonight's "Idol" castoff will be Jason Castro -- and it's allegedly Ryan Seacrest who leaked it!

An email exchange posted on an "Idol" fan site points the finger at Ryan -- saying he blabbed that it's Castro that's getting the boot.

Only problem ... Ryan doesn't even know yet himself!

While Ryan has said in the past that he finds out who gets sent packing the morning of the show, we're told the only two people who know the big name at this point in the day are the two executive producers -- Nigel Lythgoe and Cecile Frot-Coutaz.

In fact, Nigel told us exclusively who will go home tonight -- the person with the least number of votes.

62. Well, its 10:52pm and Idol is over. This dread-locked, no talent little idiot Jason was spared and CARLY GETS THE BOOT!!?? Who the hell is voting??? It has to be a bunch of "tweenies" - this kid Jason has ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS being there if this is supposed to be about singing - if its turning into Project Runway then I guess he would qualify. I am VERY disappointed because now I have to listen to him for ANOTHER week. AMERICA - PLEASE!!!! USE YOUR BRAIN!!!

63. Why would someone be excited to see Jason again...? He is one of the worst singers I have ever listened too...He was fun the first few weeks but he sounds the same each week...He has nothing to offer...But again, America has shown its true colors and their lack of ability to use their brains...its not about talent but who is the cutest and flows into societies screwed up view of how someone should look and dress...This show and the America voters of American Idol have again proven to me that most people have no clue and just vote on who they think is cute...

65. Chandra, I totally disagree with you. I think Syesha deserves to stay. She's definitely one of the better singers....definitely better than Brooke and Jason.

66. Lol ... I don't care if he acts shy ..... He can act shy all he wants, I still think he is a hunk ... and seems like a genuinely good person as well!! His beautiful eyes, perly whites, fine and tight body ....... need I say more. I just want to see more of the young guy. I would rock his cradle anytime!!!

69. Well, I was hoping it would be Brookie W. going home tonight, oh, how i was wishing, not going to wish anymore. But I was glad Carly was the one though, she was always soooooooo painful to watch, S-C-A-R-Y, real scary, phew, glad I don't have to look at her anymore. But Brookie should have been the one. I really am not trying to be nasty. They all can sing. It now is at the point of popularity. So all us D.A. fans, need to vote, vote and keep on voting no matter what. In some ways it would be better if D.A. came in second, then he can do his own thing, and not get stuck in the Idol contract which limits him. D.A. will get a contract, and probably there are song writers already writing songs for him.

72. A.I. has long since run it's course. And no amount of tweaking is going to restore any credibility it had to begin with. Ratings are falling but the franchise still makes tons of $. And THAT is the bottom line. Talent means very little, if anything.
