64. I have said it many times - I think Brooke should have been voted off long ago. She is a phony as was stated already. She is not the best singer - she always has something to say back to the judges - just doesn't know when to keep her mouth shut. I had said it in the past and still believe that she knows someone on the show because it appears she has been pushed from the beginning, she stays long after a better singer has been voted off and the most important incident is when her sister was getting married - she should have been voted off that week - she was even nervous about her performance after the judges citiqued it but the next day she came out so happy stating that she was going to miss the wedding "depending on the vote" and guess what she stayed - seems to me someone let her know it was ok that she would be around to torture the viewers one more week.

67. i think what we are missing here is that she sucks. really, come on now. AI is supposed to find the BEST SINGER in America. We are talking about Mariah, Whitney (the 90's version), Agulera, etc. Does this skank belong in that leagure? Nope. She can't even measure up to the previous AI winners like Underwood or Clarkson. In reality she shouldn't even have made the top 12.

Just more proof that American Idol is toast. Seacrest your 15 minutes are almost up!! Finally.....

68. Some of you are misremembering. This is the FIRST time that Brooke White forgot lyrics on "American Idol" this season. The other time that she stopped and restarted had nothing to do with the lyrics of the song she was singing. Rather, she had begun singing the song in a key that predicted disaster for her performance; therefore, she stopped and began singing in a different key. Therefore, she was NOT "fibbing" last night.

Nevertheless, I do not care for her singing and hope she goes.

74. Brooke did not forget the lyrics last time, so she did not lie. The last time she started over because the music timing was off. I don't know how people that don't even know her can call her "phony." Her personality is what it is, and just because you don't like her, it doesn't mean she's phony.

Brooke was not lying,she did not forget the words the first time,so,get your facts straight before you go saying something.Last night was very difficult for the contestants,unless your Sarah Brightman,or Babra Streisand,or Michael Crawford,it is difficult to sing Andrew Loyld Webber. Syesha was great as a performer,if you closed your eyes you could picture her on Broadway,she does not have the best voice,but delivered a great performance.(rather like Taylor Hicks).Jason is a cutie,but,does not have a powerful voice.I would vote him off. Brokke made a mistake,but,sang the song with a lot of drama,as it should be sung.David A dissapointed me,because it should have been his night,and in my opinion,although he was good was not spectacular. Carly was excellant,although I wish Sir Andrew,would have let her sing Memory just to see how she would haved pulled it off. David Cook,although not as unbelievable as he could be,did a great job,and proved he could do just about anything,He should defineitely win this whole thing,with Carly as second. I think I would have liked to hear Kristy Lee Cook sing this week. Finally I believe Andrew Loyd Webber songs should be performed the way they were meant to be performed and not changed in any way.He did not look real happy with what they were doing with his material.
