Steven terrorized photogs and shoppers by flashing his breast outside Fred Segal in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

There's a lot more than a wardrobe malfunctioning here.

76. I am not sure I believe that is actually Steven Tyler, unless he has had a lot of BAD work done. The mouth isn't right, and the shape of the face seems off to me. My son was a HUGE Arrowsmith fan growing up, so I saw a lot of pics. Something just doesn't seem right.
