41. It is NOT the paps fault. These "celebs" know exactly what they're doing. They drive recklessly while drunk, they run over people, they think they are ABOVE THE LAW (thanks to the wonderful L.A. District Attorney, L.A. Sheriff, LAPD.) Celebs: don't work in the public eye, and don't go to pap hotspots, if you don't like it.

Meanwhile, "celebs" have to abide by traffic laws like all of us. This means don't run people over, especially when you know they're near your car. Pedestrians always have right of way.

Love it. Let's see the paps go after the celebs for harassment.

Well I think the thing we are all missing here is that I am pretty sure it is against the law to leave the seen of an accident no matter who is at fault, no big deal really they should have stayed and they could have had a good laugh with the cops at this idiot standing too close to the car on the street! This would have made this whole case against the stalking paps more legit. Now this may back fire if they did break the law by leaving. Course it is Paris and her lame BF stupid is as stupid does!
